I dried all the children's shirts and here's a picture of all of them wearing them for the first time!
This week, while I was out of town, Elaine, Hannah and my mom taught the class. They talked about watercolor and the children made two paintings. The first involved painting to music and cutting their paper and sharing their painting with the other kids to make one painting!
Then, Elaine taught the students. They made a peaceful landscape out of a watercolor background sunset with a black construction paper tree in front.
Here's the group with their finished landscapes!

Love seeing them in their shirts that THEY MADE!
ReplyDeleteThey are going to treasure those shirts.
The art projects they're working on are exposing them to diverse media: awesome!
